Welcome to bizeview (the “Site”). The Site is provided by Awareocean Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bizeview-related features and functionalities.

By clicking “Register” or commencing use of the Service, you represent that you possess full legal capacity and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services covered here.

1. Description of Service

bizeview is an interactive platform integrating immersive imagery with virtual exhibitions. Users may engage in in-depth interactions through the Site’s exhibition listings and media libraries.

The Site supports multi-user collaboration and the uploading of visual content, providing an enriched interactive experience for all users.

We are committed to enhancing the Site’s functionalities through ongoing development, testing, and refinement. You acknowledge and agree that the Company may update features, modify user interfaces, or temporarily suspend portions of the Service for maintenance at any time, without liability for compensation.

2. Security Obligations

Registration Requirements

You shall provide true, accurate, and complete information, including credentials such as an email address, through the official Site for registration. Creating an account with forged information or by impersonating another party is strictly prohibited.

Account Maintenance and Accountability

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities performed under your account, including content uploads, interactive comments, and event management, are deemed your personal actions and are your responsibility.

Security Breach Notification

If you discover unauthorized access to your account or any security vulnerability, you shall immediately notify the Site’s Customer Service Center.

3. Rights and Responsibilities

The Site encourages diverse content and allows users to contribute imagery. You retain all original ownership and intellectual property rights in the images, text, and media assets you upload.

For the purpose of providing collaborative and online exhibition services, by uploading content you grant the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license. Within the scope necessary to provide the Services and related promotional activities, the Company may store, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, and publicly display that content.

You represent and warrant that your uploaded content, including images and text, does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, including patent, trademark, and copyright rights. If a natural person’s portrait is featured, or filming occurs on private premises, you warrant that you have obtained all required portrait-rights authorizations and access or filming permissions. You further warrant that the content contains no illegal, obscene, violent, or hateful material and does not defame or injure another party’s reputation or business goodwill.

4. Collaboration and Interaction Rules

Real-time Interaction

Conduct in a multi-user collaborative environment must follow professional business etiquette. Interfering with another user’s experience, maliciously altering or obscuring content, or otherwise affecting another user’s lawfully uploaded content is strictly prohibited.

Media Library Management

Users shall manage image assets in accordance with the Site’s classification guidelines. At its sole discretion, the Company may remove, suspend from display, or apply other necessary measures to duplicate content or content reported as disputed or controversial.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property and related legal rights in the Site’s software architecture, collaborative algorithms, interactive interface design, and the bizeview trademark are the exclusive property of the Company.

Prohibition of Reverse Engineering

Users shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive or obtain the source code of the Site’s reality-imaging technology.

Prohibition of Automated Data Collection

To safeguard the data value of collaborative users, automated programs or tools, including bots, scrapers, and crawlers, may not be used for mass collection or extraction of image data or commercial information from the Site.

6. Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Links

You acknowledge that Site content is uploaded by users. The Company makes no express or implied representation or warranty regarding the timeliness, completeness, or absolute accuracy of such imagery. Content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

If the Site displays government procurement tenders, commercial specifications, or tender documents, bizeview is provided solely for auxiliary display and reference. Official legal documents, tender specifications, and contractual terms are governed by the final announcements of the relevant government agencies or competent authorities.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided only for convenience and do not imply the Company’s endorsement or guarantee of their content. You assume all risks associated with accessing or using third-party links.

7. Service Interruption and Force Majeure

Because immersive imagery can place high demands on bandwidth and hardware, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation across all software and hardware environments. Users are responsible for determining whether their devices can support the Site’s services.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from total or partial suspension, interruption, data loss, or inability to use the Service resulting from natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks not attributable to the Company, telecommunications failures, changes in law, or other force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or injury to reputation or business goodwill, arising from use of the Service.

Except in cases of the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, if the Company is found liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability shall be limited to the total service fees you actually paid to the Company. If the Service is provided free of charge, the Company bears no liability for damage to the User.

9. Amendments and Termination

The Company may modify these Terms at any time in response to changes in Site functionality or service requirements. Modifications take effect when posted on the Site; Users will not receive separate individual notice.

Continued use of the Service after modified Terms are posted constitutes your reading, understanding, and acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms terminate upon deletion of your account, whether initiated by you or suspended by the Company, discontinuation of the Service, or termination of this agreement for any reason. Provisions intended by their nature to survive, including intellectual property ownership, limitation of liability, governing law, and jurisdiction, remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation, validity, performance, and disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If litigation is necessary, the parties agree that the New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.

11. Community Standards and Conduct Guidelines

1. Integrity and Authenticity

  • Users shall register with their authentic corporate name or legal personal name. Misleading, impersonating, or fictitious business accounts are prohibited.
